Marketing commences immediately; your property is uploaded to 3 websites (Real Estate.com, Domain & home estate agents) and advertised in two local papers if you choose. Inspections at anytime of the day are scheduled, expediting the leasing of your property and minimizing vacancy. Discuss further options with the Management Team.

checks
Stringent tenant selection is integral to responsible property management. We require that all tenants give consent to home estate agents to check details relevant to their suitability as a tenant, including employment and reference checks.
condition report
This report forms part of the residential tenancy agreement, and is prepared by your property officer on your behalf. It details the condition of the property at the commencement of the tenancy.
bond
Tenants are required to pay a bond prior to the commencement of their tenancy agreement. The bond is lodged with the rental bond board.
Bond comprises of 4 weeks rent for unfurnished premises.
Each tenant is provided a home estate agents information package outlining their rights and responsibilities.
lease documentation
Your property officer will ensure all tenant documentation is not only in accordance with the residential tenancies act but thoroughly addresses all items pertaining to your property so that your investment is protected.
accounts
home estate agents can take care of all statutory outgoings such as council, water and strata rates, as well as invoices for repairs. In this way end of financial year documentation is streamlined for accounting purposes. Copies of invoices are included with monthly statements.
end of financial year statements
home estate agents also provide (at no cost) end of financial year statements, detailing income and expenditure throughout the year for taxation purposes.
